Case Studies

Case Study 01:
Strategic Sourcing-Alternate Low-Cost Country Solution to China

Risk mitigation on alternate country sourcing while not a new strategy, took on a higher level of urgency with the 1st wave of tariffs during Trump's first term, the pandemic reminded all the risks for supply chain disruption. Our team was engaged early on to move electronics, followed by castings, forgings and completed OEM products to SE Asia. Currently, we have a certified supply base throughout Thailand, Vietnam with additional presence in Cambodia and the Philippines covering a broad spectrum of categories. While in general the units cost tend to be higher than China, the landed cost, the real value is often less.

Case Study 02:
Working Capital-Inventory Optimization & Working Capital Release

A $50M division of a global technology company engaged to unlock working capital while protecting customer service. The engagement reduced inventory by 52% within 12 months (38% in the first six months) while sustaining 93–94% service levels, materially improving cash flow, balance-sheet efficiency, and operational control.

Case Study 03:
People Development-Supply Chain Organization of the Future

The client faced high attrition in critical supply chain roles and lacked scalable talent and compensation structures. By implementing standardized operating and talent frameworks, the engagement significantly reduced turnover, lowered cost of hire, and created a repeatable organizational model that scaled across plants and functions — improving resilience and leadership continuity.

Case Study 04:
Strategic leadership-Go‑to‑Market Strategy for a SaaS Platform

An early-stage SaaS company needed to convert strong product capabilities into predictable revenue growth. Acting as strategic advisor and GTM lead, the engagement clarified market positioning, defined the ideal customer profile, and built a scalable go‑to‑market engine — resulting in a $6M+ qualified pipeline and a clear path to repeatable growth.

Case Study 05:
Process Improvement-Distribution Center Re‑Engineering & Cost Reduction

A distribution operation was underperforming against customer and financial KPIs due to fragmented processes and systems. The re-engineering effort improved customer-facing KPIs, optimized labor and overtime, and enabled consolidation of warehouse footprint — eliminating a secondary facility and reducing annual lease costs by $50K while improving throughput and service reliability.
